Important before payment
After paying for your order, wait until you are returned back to our store. This ensures that the order is registered correctly in our system.
- If the browser or payment page is closed too early, the order may not be confirmed completely.

Advance invoice
You can also place an order directly with us using an advance invoice sent by email. In that case, the order is created through customer service instead of the online store checkout.
The order can be created by calling our customer service at 020 1555 030 or by sending a message to myynti@rautakeskus.fi. Once the advance invoice has been paid and the payment is visible in our system, order processing continues normally.
